3. Profile Pictures

If you choose to upload a profile picture, the image is stored and used only for account and profile display purposes within RocketPMS.

4. Push Notifications

RocketPMS uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send notifications such as task assignments, completions, rejections, approvals, and related updates. To enable this functionality, the app may store and transmit an FCM device token associated with your account.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as necessary to operate the app and related services, including secure backend systems and notification providers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate RocketPMS, support business workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

You may update certain account information, such as your profile picture or password, through the app. You may also disable notifications through your device settings, although some app features may be affected.
